I have been using the mats the studio where I take yoga provides and I generally have an issue with slipping a lot. Are there any mats or anything I can look into to help prevent this? It's driving me nuts that I'm basically turning my mat into a slip n' slide!

Jade and Manduka mats are less slippery. I also use a yogitoes towel when it gets really sweaty.
