Ashley Rogers grew up in North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts under the direction of Ethan Stiefel (star of the movie "center stage") where she studied modern and ballet. She also grew up dancing for 17 years with jazz, modern, hip-hop, lyrical, contemporary, and tap at a competitive studio. She has been apart of a touring, multi-media dance company called Mashup Contemporary Dance Company for two seasons now. Through the company she has danced in performances such as, "Dancescape", "Unify Dance Concert", "Pasedena Dance Festival", "Maxt Out", "Posers", and "Science." She has danced on the television show, "Brothers and Sisters" and the video game called "The Investigators." She has also danced in several music videos for artists such as Yukmouth, Reason, Justin Michaels, and Laza Morgan and has also worked with Wayne Foster Entertainment. She is also apart of two other dance companies in the LA area (Flirt Dancers and Karmagraphy) where she has performed for Manny Pacquio, Carnival, the IFFA award show and many more. She also has been teaching/choreographing for the past 5 years for Dancers Edge Dance Studio located in Kernersville North Carolina. She is looking to teach for more studios all over the country. She loves working with kids and sharing her creative ideas and talent!
