This is my second year of cheerleading and I really want to improve my skills as flyer. Since I have a dance background I am already pretty flexible but when it comes to my heel stretch I can't do it! I can develope and then grab my foot and bring it up but my coach yells at me because that's not the 'cheer way'. When I try to just throw my leg up there, it doesn't even get halfway as high as it does my way which is REALLY annoying. How do I do it the cheer way and still get good hight and not fall out of the stunt? |
