The names liz from kamloops BC...go to a great studio kamloops dance academy ive been dancing for 10 years
training in jazz ballet tap lotsa hip hop modern ive taken a few breakdancing classes but...im not that great..i do musical theatre but i cant sing...and im greek

I'm from (near) Edmonton, Alberta.
I don't do a specific dance, really. I mean, I don't take classes or anything. I've taken Ukrainian Dancing before, and now I'm interested in Hip Hop.

i'm from a small town 45 minutes from edmonton alberta....and i've been doing ballet for 10 years, tap for 10 years and i've been dancing for 12 yrs.

Hi Im Sara. Im 16.. almost 17 (In March) I live in Langley BC (Vancouver for ppl who dont live in BC) Ive been performing since i was 3. I dance and Act. i do ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, musical theatre, stage, and TAP! (my fav) I also attend a fine arts school as a Drama major. thats me |

Hey!!
Definitely a great idea!
I live in Toronto (I live in residence @ University) but my real home is in Mississauga. I have trained in jazz a few years back and trained & taught hip hop for about 6 years now. I'm taking a dance course which is a mix of ballet, modern and African. I currently dance with my school's dance team which incorporates a bit of ballet, jazz and hip hop. And that, my friends, is my life of dance!

Hey!
I'm from Edmonton, AB. Formerly rural southern Alberta. Yay! (not really...hehe)
Right now I do just hip-hop, it's all I have time for right now with my busy university schedule.
I used to do ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and musical theatre. (BTW, I'm in love with theatre!!)

hey I'm from Toronto. I've been dancing since I was 4. I did Ballet for a little bit.. then did jazz for about 7 years, and I've been doing hip hop for about 6 years. I love hip hop, its the best lol.. alright well if anyone knows about anything going on around Toronto please post.. I'd love to have some more info on events.

WOW 1st paf all i'm really impressed on how well this forum is going!!!
I'm repp'm TORONTO 2 the fullest ... I do as well as teach part time.... STREET JAZZ, HIP HOP, POP LOCKIN, BELLY DANCIN. but i have done it all in the past ... ballet, modern, jazz, multi-cultural...etc
I have a group called L.I.F.E (LADIES IN FULL EFFECT)and we are mostly a bgirl group but we have some hip hop in us too... I'm actually currently in windsor ontario for university .. and looking some some dancers to perform at the urban music fest/and the freedom fest as back up dancers for my girl who is a rising r&b singer .... so if anyone knows anyone please email @ ELISAFARI85@HOTMAIL.COM we are holding auditions .... we got 5 girls already in our crew but for this performance we need more girls as well as some guys .... its hard to find any dancers from windsor most of the ppl we have auditioned have been from detroit since its soooooo close.... soo holla atch yo gurl!

Hello! I'm Kerri and I'm from a small town in Alberta.. but I am soon to be moving to Edmonton in August (yay!)
I am involved in cecchetti Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Musical Theater, Irish(hard shoe) and pre-pointe. Next year, I really wanna try out Ukranian dancing! It looks so neat!
But if anyone here is from the Edmonton area, pm me! It'd be great to meet some Edmonton dancers before I move and everything!

We are home to the McMaster Dance Company which is composed of 5 different subcompanies: urban (hip-hop), modern, jazz, multimedia, and juniors (teens). We also offer over 30 different classes to the students and members in the surrounding Hamilton area. If you are looking for a unique dance class or wish to revert back to a classic, we offer a wide variety of styles for all levels of dancers. We are also very involved in special populations and schools outreach and are working toward an ongoing global interaction.
