10724 and seriously lacking any plot anymore. Its just jumping from bit to bit. Although we have finally found the locket!! LOL

I guess shift work in a new job isn't really conjusive to novel writing.

16,589 words. 5,000 were at a write-in today. I am still behind. But the Box of Doom helped a lot.

Woo, I just broke the 30,000 word barrier, after languishing at 29,700 for most of last night because I couldn't think of a way forward.

Here's a question, have any of you written in any strange places due to Nano? On Saturday I wrote in a football stadium, at half time obviously not during the match. This might not sound so impressive if I don't tell you that I'm 5ft 4 and had pretty much no legroom, so balancing a laptop on my knee took some work. I've also written on both a regular train (with slightly more legroom) and a london underground train (which got me some rather disapproving looks from a few people) but I don't mind, I'm ahead on my wordcount thanks to it so nyeh.

Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder that today is in fact Donation Day!

The Office of Letters and Light depends on donations by members in order to keep running and providing awesome programs like Nano. So if you have a second and some spare cash, why not throw some in their direction!

(Not trying to sound like a shill, just doing my job as ML XD)

I've had to truly push myself very hard to get in these pages. So much stuff happening and I MOVE this weekend. So here's to this being PUSH WEEK for me.

I'm in the 40s now and I feel like passing out.

So, how did everyone do? I finished at 160K+, it was a good year for me. And last night I finished the editting so now I'm going through my digital copy and correcting the errors.
