So ive seen this move in many dances...Its almsot like a jump bridge but its done in a circle. The torso twists around to make it all happen.
Not sure what its called or how to even begin teaching it to the students.
If you have any idea what im talking about any help would be appreciated. If not Ill try to find a video with it mixed in the post the URL!

O i see what you mean. I always knew them as inside outs and when you kick out of them like that girl did it was an inside out cartwheel. I have no idea if thats a proper name though. |

I've always called them Bulgarian Rolls...does that help?
