I do a lift in a dance where the guy is lying down, holds my hips and holds me above him so we're both horizontal, so it looks sort of like a sideways H id you get me. A few months a go, we had it fine, but we stopped doing that dance for a while, and have recently come back to it. Now we cant seem to do this lift. I think it may be in the balance side of it, as it took a while to perfect in the first place and we could just be out of whack, but also, I reckon it could be my strength too, think I might be weaker, as I'm finding it harder to sustain the position. How do you reckon I can get stronger for this? |
