Um this is a little embarrassing but I have been a ballet danser for 6 years now and im only 14 but should i wear my tights pulled right up or should I let my tights not define my bum and I also wear black training tights and they are quite hard to pull up to create the 'professional look'. Thanks

Ballet tights are designed to be worn tight. If they aren't pulled up as high as possible, the crotch will sag between your legs, which both looks very strange and - in extreme cases - could even interfere with leg movement.
The easiest way to keep tights up is to roll the waistband over a belt or piece of 1" or 1.5" elastic knotted or sewn to form a belt. Tights have a high waistband so you should be able to get 2 or 3 rollovers and still have the belt rest on your hip bones.
