old playing card crafts en>fr fr>en

I have a bunch of playing cards that have pictures of cars, princesses, care bears things like that on them. My kids have lost many of the cards so they are not good for playing games anymore. They love the pictures on them so I'm trying to think of some sort of craft we can make out of them. Maybe something we can give their friends for Christmas.

Anyone have any ideas?

I like taking different paper items, cutting them, and using modge podge, put them on old scrabble tiles and old dominoes that I have laying around that are no longer a full set. You can then attach a piece of metal to make a charm for a necklace. You could also make them into magnets by gluing a magnet to the back or bookmarks by punching a hole and adding a tassel.

I saw these mini notepads on etsy www.etsy.com . . . you could go to your local copy center, get some paper cut to fit and have them bind them for you, it probably wouldn't cost too much.

You could use them as the box for your gifts www.youtube.com . . .

I am sure you could also make a purse/tote bag or wallet like you see people to with kool-aid packets or candy wrappers, but I have never done one of those before.

You could also decoupage them onto just about anything and then use a sealer on it like picture frames or boxes. You could also make decoupage coasters or place mats.

Or just punch a hole in them and use them on all your presents as gift tags!
