When you are replying to enquiries, there will be a sort of skin-tone box with an orange heading stating "Upload a photo".
There'll be a box with a "1." to the left and a "Browse..." button on the right.
You can use this to upload pictures from your computer. If you need to add more than one image, just click the "add image" link underneath the box. Another box will appear.
You can add up to 10 images per post.
