I don't have a kid, but I am always injured, or sick...I should just live in a bubble! I mean, I walked into a wall yesterday, with my possibly fractured wrist, before an exam.
Years - Missed Christmas day because I had spent all Christmas Eve throwing up. I woke up, got my presents, went back to sleep for the whole day.
Years - I stapled my thumb to a piece of paper and missed out on working on our projects on different countries.
Years (I think) - I was rollerblading...down the drive way. And I crashed into a rose bush. I missed out on rollerblading with my brother.
Years - I missed my dance Christmas concert, school social and year 8 musical because I had my tonsils out.
(or 14) Years - Fell into a ditch on camp and missed out on doing anything for the rest of the camp because I rolled my ankle.
Years - Broke my toe at dancing and I tried doing some team work activities at school, like with the skis (with 6 people...) and then I fell off the back. So I missed that.
Years - Got Bronchitis on the Ski Trip (first time at the snow) and only got to be out in the snow twice in the week. Same day I found out I had Bronchitis, I nearly put my head through a glass window.
Years - Almost fractured my wrist again at volley ball training. Turns out I severely sprained it and missed the entire volley ball season.
There's probably more...a lot more, knowing me.
