For those of you who are interested in DVDs, Rusty Frank is shooting 4 new tap DVDs today, and the four teachers are Sam Weber, who is doing “Laura” by Buster Brown, Reggio, who I believe is doing the “Copasetic Chair Dance,” Denise Scheerer, who is doing one of her famous husband's specialty numbers from the late 40's, and Sarah Reich, who has been doing some amazing things with her new tap group, which is called “Tap Con Sabor.” The details are still a bit sketchy, and I let everyone know more about the DVDs when I hear that they have been released. Needless to say, I look forward to adding all four of them to my collection.

Laura is an AMAZING dance, and Sam Weber is one of my favorite teachers and choreographers. I had a dance choreographed by him a few years ago before his hip surgeries. Sarah Reich actually danced Laura in a show I produced!

I learned The Chair Dance when Mr. Ernest "Brownie" Brown was at the L.A. Tap Festival and Reggio assisted. AWESOME that it is finally being produced in DVD form!

Look forward to the other 2 videos as well. Perfect gifts for my birthday in the Spring!!! I'll have to contact Sarah and see if I can find more info and I'll post if she agrees to go public with her plans.
