I can't do treadmill, due to knee issues, so I do the elliptical, so not sure if this will work on there! |

That's just the obliques bypass technique with the non activation of the glutes method thrown in for good measure.
It's a bit like barrercise or yogalates it's a mix of too many good things that need to be done in their proper format.  |
