I have no idea honestly but now we are exploring all our options. The bank denied us because I don't have a ton of money in the bank and because my mom has loans out for her schooling, her car, and the house loan. |

Sometimes in situations like that you need to play the system a bit. Your mom has loans, but I'm assuming she has more money in her bank account than you? Having her move some money temporarily in your account might help solve that problem if you decide to apply for a different bank loan. After the loan goes through it can be moved back again to your mom's account. |

In Australia we have something called HECS (higher education contribution scheme).
Basically it means that the government pays for your university education and when you start earning over a certain amount of money you pay it back. If you never reach that amount (which is quite high) you never have to pay it back. |

^ Yes, this is how I went through two degrees. I studied full-time and worked part-time throughout both and could afford to live (a meagre lifestyle!). As such, I don't have too much to say that can help but one thing that really stuck out for me is your car. Do you need it? In Australia, at least, the cost of running a car is really expensive. Even if you wouldn't get much for selling it you'd probably save heaps on the cost of running it.
Obviously, it's not a short-term fix but it's something to think about. |

I pay for my college completley with federal loans (in my name, not my parents) and scholerships. I get both need-based and academic. The academic scholership is a bit scary because I never find out if it's getting renewed until right before the semester starts, so there is always a week or two when it looks like I won't be able to afford to go back to college.
Is it possible to get scholerships from a business? I've heard that some companies will give scholerships to their employee's kids, and my cousian got a scholership for winning a contest from some chain fast food resteraunt. |

I think almost 100% I will be able to attend class this spring. My mom agreed to co-sign a loan that we were able to get and it's supposed to kick on on Monday morning.
This summer I'm working a million hours so I won't run into this situation again. |

I'm so glad it looks like you're going to be able to work this out. Best of luck with everything, and yes! Definitely plan ahead! Use the summer to your full advantage.
