Hello, everyone,

I've finished a literary novel about the life of a ballerina and choreographer. Period: '60s-'90s. Location: North-America and Europe.

It has a mixed style, both impressionistic/lyrical and matter-of-fact. It dares to approach the difficult process of switching from ballet to choreography and the creative process of a choreographer, her/his sources of inspiration.

The manuscript has passed a round of reviews for language and structure.

I'm looking now for reviewers who could provide me with feedback on the classical and modern ballet side, especially from those who have made the transition from ballet dancing to choreography.

I promise to mention their kind contribution in the acknowledgements part of the book, if and when published.

I'm not a professional of your art, just an ballet lover, thus I'd appreciate feedback on my vision (I imagined several choreographies or parts thereof:-)) and on my use of specialized terminology.

The manuscript is 400 pages, double-spaced, 12 point font.

The prospective readers should be comfortable with the literary style, esp long sentences (I'm prone to that:-))

Those interested should express their interest in a message here at the forum to my box.

They should describe shortly:

- their ballet/choreography experience (approximate length and positions)
- five preferred literary novels
- five preferred ballet/dance related novels

They should not identify themselves at this stage. I'll make a selection (hopefully I'll be getting some offers) and come back to the designated hitters, at which time I'll need postal address (for shipping a copy of the manuscript) and e-mail (for correspondence).

I prefer people from North America for shipping related issues (faster, less expensive), but let's see ...

Thank you for your time.
