Hello I am a new studio owner just starting out this September. We are planning our recital as most of you are and we are starting at a local high school that seats about 800. I was wondering if you had any advice on how to make the venue nice. New Studio not many students to budget to do large back drops is out of the question I believe but I was thinking lights around stage, and any ideas about how to decorate the lobby, or inside would be great.

My theme is "Taking it to the Stage". Feedback is really appreciated I am looking for some good ideas as this is my first time actually planning a full blown recital.

You should post this on the studio owners and/or teachers board. You might get a lot more responses. :)
