1. MOMS! I absolutely HATE pushy moms who complain about everything and anything. such as ; My kids costume looks different (hey lady they are all exactly the SAME!), why isn't everyone else's make-up done like my kid's (because you didn't do it right!), why does everyone else have pink shoes and my daughter has beige (because -AGAIN- you did NOT buy the right shoes)
2. Girls who show up 15 minutes before their number with no makeup, costume, hair, tights, or shoes on!!!
3. When on dancer goes on with white tights when everyone else is wearing ballet pink or one person has black shoes when the rest have beige OR when a dancer goes out in a two piece costume with a BELLYBUTTON RING on!!
4. When people steal my makeup, bobby pins, double-sided body tape,scissors, sewing kit, hairspray, combs and brushes!
5. Dancers who throw YOUR costume on the floor to make room for their costume on YOUR costume rack!
6. Girls who borrow your shoes and don't return them or just take them with-out asking
7. The one person who has the wrong makeup on!
8.When girls stand behind the wings and talk loudly (you can hear it from on stage and in the audience PEOPLE)
9. SMALL DRESSING ROOMS
10. When boys come into the GIRLS changing room (HELLO half naked in here!)
11. When other dancers comment on my panties (nude seamless breifs) because my mom won't let me wear a thong (but i solved this problem i made a thong out of nude panties)
12. Okay this happened at a competition 5 years ago, we were in Minneapolis, one of the girls who was about 13 or 14 at the time (I was about 11 or 12) had gotten her period for the second or third time, she had no supplies with her and her mom wasn't there. So she asked a bunch of moms from our studio finally she go's over to (Lets call her "MeeMee") so she said "MeeMee do you or your daughter have any pads or tampons? , I just got my period unexpectedly and I don't have any supplies." so MeeMee says "well I have 1 tampon and I'm NOT wasting it on you!" So the girl comes over to my best friend who was 13-14 at the time and says Bre I hate to ask this but do you have an extra tampon with you?" so bre says "yah here" the girl said "you're a life saver thanks so much". WELL by the time that poor girl had gotten back from the bathroom EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the venue knew she had her period. MEEMEE told every person that this girl had her period the girls couldn't go on to compete she was so embarassed.
13. When one girl in your group tells you that you look hideous in the costume!
14. When one girls tries to be the "STAR" and adds extra steps and gets out of formation
15. Grand parents who stand backstage in your way and then run out to see their granddaughter preform!
16. When people steal water and food from me!
17. Props that take 30mins to set up and take down!
18. Stage hands that put props on stage wrong!
19. When people shout "MOVE" behind the wings and try to get through
20. Finley Girls who just don't know the dance!

Sorry it was so long I just needed to vent because we have a competition next month and i was thinking about all the things i hated from previous competitions!

Wow, you've got alot of anger there...between this and your other angry posts, I'm not sure how your head hasn't exploded yet...

I hate it when people drink from my water bottle too. I don't know why it grosses me out so much, but it makes me gag thinking that people are licking my waterbottle rim.

I remember being 13 and I was a lot more annoyed with things. I think that is something that people grow out of as they get older. I totally feel you on the tampon issue though. That was very mean of them to do to that poor girl.

yah I know well I don't like people drinking from my water bottle because I landed up with mono like 6 months ago from people doing that

LOL that made my day! I'm not always angry I just hit a point that I'm like "that's it I need to vent"
