Over 15 years of experience and hundreds of performances including commercial events, corporate shows, back up dancers, major metroplex events, and charity venues. Focus is Jazz with some Contemporary, Ballet, Hip Hop, and other styles incorporated.
We are looking for "Go To Dancers" for the events we manage. We provide videos of the dances and email them in advance and then hold limited rehearsals to review material.
We use the same routines for many shows so once dancers are up to speed, required rehearsals are minimal. Shows are optional whether paid or non paid. Approximately 10 shows offered per year.
Minimum age limit is 18 yrs., though preference is for over 25 yrs. of age for maturity in handling profession presentations. Older dancers are welcome as long as fit and overall good image.
Background in jazz with some contemporary/ballet desired.
Skills should be intermediate to advanced.
Interested dancers should send resume and picture to e.hess@dfwshows.com.
A phone interview will then take place followed by a possible invitation to an audition date.
Auditions will require demonstrating several skills including turns, leaps, and performance presentation.

I have a dance group and I am 35 , but my dancers are between the ages of 10-18 I wondering can we audition?? |
