So I got a bread maker for Christmas, I'd wanted one for a while but hadn't got around to it.

I'll obviously be making normal white/brown bread in it for everyday use. But, I'm looking for any ideas for more adventurous loaves, special occasion recipes. I can also just make the dough in the maker and cook it in the oven so tips for that would be great.

I almost forgot, it has a cake and a jam setting too so any tips on those would be appreciated.

I did get a bread cookbook (the womens institute one) for Christmas too but I thought you guys may have a wider selection of recipes that I could try.

This isn't anything too fancy or interesting, but I like to add herbs and cheese to my white loaves. It's good toasted and spread with garlic butter, served with lasagna.

I often use the dough for pizza bases or calzones.
