My SO tried to log on today but was unable. We ordered $1500 worth of costumes from them last year. I really love a couple of their Spanish tutus but we have no idea how much they cost since we didn't get a catalog, either. She's going to call them tomorrow but it's so frustrating. Maybe when they updated their site, something was messed up. I am sure that they will clear it up for her. |

I ordered Art Stone costumes for my Nutcracker, and was in touch with them several times last month, with no problem. When my invoice came, I saw that I was even assigned my own customer service rep, with her direct phone extension. They may have shut down over Christmas holidays, so I would keep trying next week, if I were you. |

I know where I used to work, we placed all of the costumes orders on January 2nd each year. We were always able to get in touch with them right after the holiday.
I will also say a little prayer that they are not experiencing troubles this year. Many years ago, they shorted the studio thousands of dollars of costumes. I don't even accept their catalog anymore. Art himself, called my home number to apologize and try to regain the studio's business-And I wasn't even working for that studio anymore?! LOL... |

We had some problems last year with the quality/construction of several of the costumes we got from them. My SO wasn't sure about ordering from them this year, but they are the only company that has a costume for what I need.
When she called last week she got a message that all reps were busy, then it hung up on her. She sent an email and we are waiting to hear back. |
