I know a lot of people get foot cramps and youu can get rid of them by therabanding, eating bananas, and drinking water.
I injured my arm about a year ago and have been getting hand cramps. I theraband my hand and wrist and do weights, but it doesn't always help. Am I the only one with this problem? 2 Replies to Hand Cramps |

I've gotten hand cramps- typically from overusing my hands holding a paintbrush or pen, or typing for really long. Any muscle can cramp and the main causes are usually dehydration, lack of potassium or overuse. Make sure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs, hydrate well and try to see what, if any, activity precedes your hand cramps so you can identify the cause.
For me, staying hydrated and taking breaks to stretch my hands and wrists when I have been gripping anything for a long period helps. |

i usually get had cramps from overuse but its only usually when my hands are twisted into odd positions.when they cramp i try and stretch it,massage it abit until it stops.pottassium helps prevent cramps and so does staying hydrated |
