Hi guys!

Just wondering what Uni's everybody has applied to, and what for.

I've applied to do media, culture and communications at; Leeds Metropolitan University, Sunderland University, University of Hull, York st John University and Sheffield Hallam.

I have a conditional offer to Leeds Met, and two acknowledgments from York and Sheffield.

Arrrrrgh, growing up is too scary.

I sent off my application abit later than I intended too haha, just sent it off now.

I've applied to do Diagnostic Radiography at the University of Cumbria 9there's two campuses so I've applied to both), Glasgow Caledonian, Birmingham and Salford.

I doubt there's many people who could afford that, from what I understand the fees for American universities are both a lot higher and payable upfront. Would have loved to have gone to MIT myself, but for what they charge I'd be living off beans and toast for the rest of my life.

Sorry, off topic a bit. I applied for university 5 years ago now, makes me feel really old. Good luck to you all in your applications, make the most of every opportunity you get once you're there.

Jon, if she wants to do a masters degree she can come to the U.S. and do my program after she's done with the BA. It's Georgetown's Communication, Culture and Technology program and 1/3 of the students are international! (NYU also has a similar program too)

Haha Rachel, I'm wanting to go to Lancaster the most! It's only an hour away from me, and I have alot of work experience, which they look for more than grades, so fingers crossed!

It seems like only yesterday I was refreshing UCAs Track and living in fear when I saw an e-mail in my Inbox telling me to check track.

I have done some Media, Culture and Communications Modules on my course and it is super interesting to learn about.

I love Media, I've done it since I was like 14, and it's what I want to teach too.

I know my insurance will be York. But I'm stuck between Leeds or Sheffield as my firm. Think I'm going to choose Leeds though.
