Hi guys i was wondering what your favorite stretching music was! mine are the adele abulm 21 and what ever songs i have for recital and stuff like that!

I like to listen to upbeat music because it seems to keep me distracted from the pain (LOL). But if we have a concert or performance coming up, I usually listen to that music and picture the choreography in my head :)

I listen to whatever is on the ipod,motorhead,david guetta, lfmao,gaga, ramones,stuff like that or if im doing a tretch workout on a dvd i listen to the music on the dvd

Slow, soothing classical music relaxes me and helps me stretch. Anything bluesy or jazzy makes me want to dance to it and my muscles won't let go. Last night for the stretch my teacher had a record with the love theme (pas de deux) from the ballet Spartacus on it (my favorite piece). It's so achingly beautiful!
