Teachers - Costumes Route 66 costume needed ASAP en>fr fr>en

I've already looked through threads here but the links are almost all to pages that don't exist anymore.
My beginning tap class is doing a dance to route 66 by John Mayor, and I need to have my costumes picked out.
I cannot find a good costume anywhere!!
I would love to get some suggestions or links.

Yeah it's great!
The studio I teach at, the SO only gives us a few options to order from, for example Weissmans and Liberts, and there were absolutely no child sizes in those that I liked!
So I had to run this company passed her, but she ended up liking it!
But wow, if it wasn't for your suggestion I wouldn't have made my deadline, so again thanks so much!
