Hold your splits for 1 minute each day. You will see a difference by the 7th day. Hold the right then the left, and then middle up and over leaning on your elbows. It's important to hold them for at least 30 seconds but I reccomend 60 seconds. Before you do this it's a good idea to warm up before hand because you don't want to pull a hamstring. |
