For a dance I need a simple port de bras. I usually do first, but these kids (8-9) can't do that well enough for a performance.
Please inspire me.

I like doing right arm then left arm. For instance:
Arms en bas.
R arm: 1st, open 2nd
L arm: 1st, open 2nd
R arm: cross to 1st and up to 5th
L arm: cross to 1st and up to 5th
R arm: open to 2nd
L arm: open to 2nd
R arm: float to en bas
L arm: float to en bas
That can either take a full 16 counts or you can do the 5th to 2nd to en bas part in 1 count each and take a breath to demi second for 4 counts. |

Starting en bas:
Float the R arm out to the side and back down.
Float the L arm out to the side and back down.
Both arms to 1st.
Both arms to 2nd. |
