I really like the leotard that Olesya Novikova is wearing in this video: www.youtube.com . . . (starting from about 3:50)

Does anyone recognise it?
Here is how I would describe it:
- black, 3/4 sleeve
- boatneck or fairly high neckline
- halterneck of sorts? It seems to be tied in a bow at the back, but lower than a traditional halterneck... (can be seen around 4:09)
- the sleeves and bust material seem to be velvet, or different, at least, to the rest of the material.

I've looked on various dancewear sites, but I can't seem to find a similar leotard. Any suggestions? I commented below the video, but I thought I might post here as well!

It looks like Grishko style to me. grishko.ru.
The velvet upper part was fashion some years ago, it's sort of out again.
The straps on the back looks like self made, probably to keep the fabric on the shoulders.
