Anybody here a member of that zulily website?

Wondering if it offers deals on only cute, fun, expensive type things like toys and frilly clothes - or if it has deals on things parents with tight budgets actually need to buy for their kids.

I am! They use the toys and frilly stuff for advertising, but they do sell other things. Yesterday they had a sale on some stuff from a food storage company, sometimes they do home decor, kitchen supplies, coats, shoes, practical clothes, etc.

That said, I would be VERY wary of buying anything from them. I was considering a pair of boots once, but I read at least 10 reviews about how terrible their service is: one person said they didn't get their items until, like, 8-9 WEEKS after they'd ordered; another tried to cancel their order and the company wouldn't let them; someone else couldn't even get a hold of customer service...just way too many bad reviews to risk it, IMO. I only know one person who's actually bought something from Zulily, and it was a pair of shoes she already had and wanted to replace.

I can attest to the unreal shipping times...the items are adorable but the up to 8 week ship time is just not reasonable.

Oh my gosh, at that point, the clothes you ordered would no longer fit your kid! haha
