Hi! Yesterday i was at irish dance class for about an hour and a half and when doing my Soft shoe i must have done something to my foot. I came off the dance and my foot felt a little funny but i didnt pay very much attention to it and kept dancing for the rest of class. Then when i got home there was pain to walk so i iced it and that didnt seem to help at all. So i tired to go thru my step to see where i might have injured it and in the first beat i jump up and switch feet in air and when i land that there is a shooting pain up my foot. As you can guess i didnt go any further in my step. This morning it hurts even more. If you can give me some advice on what to do or what i have done to my foot that would be great! Thanks:)
