It seems like every semester I get stuck on one song... this one is once again Mini Musical Theatre. I walked into class having no idea what I wanted to do (which I very rarely do), and had the class (5 yr olds) give me ideas about what they wanted their scene to be about. We eventually settled on Apple Picking... random. Anyways I need a song more or less about that theme or being outside, or something like that. I am drawing blanks... I have no idea what to do. I thought about "Walking on Sunshine", but the words are just to hard to make work.

Years ago I used a bye, bye, birdie medley by the broadway kids... it's a fun mix. I think the cd was broadway kids sing musicals, they also do a version on hair from hair that is really cute. little shop of horrors is a good one too!

Some how I ended up with one more musical theatre class (Gr 1-3) so I am doing Do -Re-Me for that one and "Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree" for the Kindergarten.
