So I'm going to Germany for st Patrick's day to visit a friend. I've never gotten to wear a cocktail dress in my life, so I figured this would be a perfect oportunity! But where does one find a green cocktail dress? Think you guys could give me some suggestions for around $75 USD? I'm no good at dress buying: I have a very small, slender frame if that helps.

Scour some sale racks at department stores. I am not great with other suggestions for a more petite frame, but a lot of places (even dress barn) have a petite section.
