I don't know, if you could amplify a waterphone (which anyone with an amp and a mic cable could do) you could create this effect. Why you'd do that is a whole other question.
...But one of my local homeless guys likes to sing 'Fame' at the top of his lungs at 2am and we also have a screaming runner, which is exactly what it sounds like, a woman who goes for runs while screaming the entire time. :/ So, people do strange stuff. |

Update: I got about a metre from my bedroom and heard a noise, which I know now to have been coming from the refrigerator, turned around and bolted out the front door and over to my friend's house. |
