For weebly, don't you have to be a premium member, and pay a fee, to have a password page? If we had to pay, I would think we should share a website. But to be honest, if you just do a free website through weebly and don't promote it, the chances of anyone else finding it or using the information that we don't direct to it is slim.

You can do a private video on YouTube and share it with unlimited people. They just have to have a direct link. We do this with our musical theatre dance rehearsals so kids can practice at home. We upload, set to private and email a link.

^^^ Yes, this can work to view a short video clip, but I included my recital video in my "share" package. I think it would be too time-consuming to watch it online, and not be able to download it for future reference. That's why I prefer a DVD or CD, which I can quickly copy offline, and then mail to the next person.
