It is with GREAT reluctance that I am selling this absolutely fabulous dress / costume suitable for latin and many other genres of dance. I bought it used (and then had only been used twice) and I too have only used it twice but am sadly now too big for it and I'm genuinely gutted, but it's not right that it hangs in my wardrobe when it should be out on the dance floor.
I haven't worn it for competing, just a couple of local charity competitions, but the two occasions it was worn, I was showered with compliments and it's so eye-catching on the floor because of the heavy fringe, the beautiful bright blue colour and the little panel of swarovski crystals at the bust. There are layers and layers of fringe so that the dress moves so beautifully - I've seen many cheaply fringed dresses and none even come close to the density or quality of the fringing on this dress.
Size-wise, would fit a size 6 up to a small 8 and would be perfect for a small lady or junior equally. Bust size I'd say up to a C cup as has padded cups, but these could be replaced for unpadded very easily. The dress comes with some co-ordinating bangles and stoned armbands, as well as some fab earrings all seen in these pics.
I understand that when the dress was made, it was made in the UK and because of the fringework on the dress, the cost of having it made ran into the hundreds of pounds. Given the dress is as good as new, with no stains or tan marks, it is an absolute steal at the price listed - please don't miss out on this opportunity.
Once again, I can't emphasise how much I've wrestled with selling this fab dress but it should be out there being worn, not hanging in a dress bag in my wardrobe
