Hello all this may be a very silly questions but I really don't know! This is my first year owning my own dance studio I have taught for many years and I have had titles such as Dance Director and Dance Instructor but I have no idea what I would consider myself now..... If you are an INC. Director (or Director of the dance department (even if all you do is hold dance classes). If you are a sole owner, Owner of the business, Director of the dance department. |

My title changes every day, some times multiple times a day. I can go from being the CFO to janitor, to artistic director, to pest removal specialist. LOL! But it all comes down to "owner" for me. |
