Oh, I know that one. I thought I remember seeing one that was more in line with the story posted. Guy commited physical assult on wife, ended up killing her and unborn child. It wasn't like throw in the Marina all murdered and stuff.

Legally, it probably would not be considered murder. If abortion isn't murder, then how is killing an unborn baby NOT murder?
I will say that I do not agree with abortion at all, and I think any type of killing of an unborn baby is murder.
But for me, I believe that it is murder at any time in the pregnancy if someone purposely causes the woman to miscarry. It's still killing a baby. |
