At the beginning of the video they are talking about a toy maker which makes me think of Coppélia so maybe that's where it is from? I not extremely familiar with the music though that would be my best guess! |

It does sound like a Coppelia-type setup, doesn't it? But that music isn't from Coppelia, as best I can tell.
If you are looking for something like that, minus the narration, there is the Doll's Dance in Act 2 of Coppelia, called Valse de la Poupee. Perhaps that would work for you. |
