Problems with another costume company en>fr fr>en

Reverence. I've ordered for years and been quite happy with them, even recommended to others. Placed all of my company orders in November, with one group from Reverance. Ship date was latest, jan 24. When I hadn't received them by yesterday I started to worry.

Called yesterday from home, so without my order number or customer number. Gave them my info and they say they don't show I have ordered anything since 2010. I tell them, no I definitely ordered and got a jan 24 ship date. She tells me that they would never give that date, because they only ship on Fridays. She says I must be mixed up with another order or company.

So I start to internally freak out. How could I forget to order a whole classes costumes? Ask how I can get these costumes and she tells me "our current listed ship date is March 30, but we are running at least 30 days behind." What? You are telling people one date, but shipping a month later? So now I'm sure I ordered these costumes and they are the ones who are messed up.

Go check my account, and sure enough, there is a charge for the full amount back in November. Call her back and give her the information. She says she will check and call me back. Calls back and says they don't show a charge to me, any time around then. I start to get mad and say "its right here in my statement! How do you send confirmation"? She says email, so sure enough I find it! She puts me on hold, then says she will call me back.

I have paid in full and have an order confirmation, and she can't find either! She calls back with some BS about how the cutting room had my order but it somehow was deleted from the computer. Needless to say, they shipped today. I'm sure she walked into that cutting room and said "we need these costumes NOW!

Wanted to warn y'all. They are running behind, missing orders,etc!

I'm getting screwed by them too! I ordered costumes in early November for competition in Feb and they are STILL not here! I'm having a dress rehearsal for my team a week from tomorrow and nothing! I ordered most of the teams costumes through them unfortunately. They claim material shortages and difficulty getting material from overseas as the problem.

However, it's not just them. I'm having issues with A Wish Come True, Curtain Call, and Fererria as well. The only companies I got my costumes on time from were Kelle (love them!) and Weissman.

I will say with Curtain Call it's not a shipping issue (yet). It just seems that they are having material issues as 2 of the costumes I went to order for recital are no longer available. It just seems like all of the companies I named above are having some sort of issues with material/shipping.

Meant to add - if they truly only ship on Fridays, then I'm screwed for my dress rehearsal. They told me they were going to ship on Mon or Tue of this coming week...

I guess the ship notice was frim yesterday because I got them today. I think the friday thing is bs. I distinctly had the 24th written down for ship date.
