I just crystalled a new dress and I used SS20 and SS30 clear crystals and also clear navettes around the neck. I used SS30 jet hematite on the skirt and SS20 Fuschia on the headband. Generally I find I use most of SS30. I have on another dress also used SS40 at the dropped waistline.

I use clear Swarovski hotfix stones. I use 4 sizes;
- 20ss, 30ss, 34ss and 40ss. The 20ss are great for outlining embroidery designs without overpowering them. I used the 40ss along the dropped waistline. The 30ss and 34ss are used in various places as accents. I love blinging dd's dresses!

I use crystal AB, usually 20ss, 30ss and 40ss. More of the smaller sizes to highlight embroidery; bigger sizes for accent. I sometimes also use colored stones to add flash without overwhelming the design, or to outline embroidery along the fabric. I use flatbacks, round, and glue them on with E6000.

adult dress, not a lot of crystals. 30ss. i will probably add a few larger ones in the near future (like one or two)

Every adult sized dress I has Swarovski Crystal ss30 or ss34. These sizes are just perfect. For kids I might go for ss24 or ss30.

Sometimes I also add some colour, but Crystal is a given for sheer unadulterated sparkle.

I usually buy flat-back which I glue on with Gem-Tac, but for odd stones here and there I go for Hotfix.

I used clear 34s and 10s on my new dress

Clear crystals, ss 20, 30, 34,and 40. I have used ss42 and 48's. Also, large clear pear shaped and then round 14mm. I also use E6000.
