Baby On Board Quesiton for those of you who chart BBT en>fr fr>en By Reidfidleir Comments: 3000, member since Sun Sep 28, 2003On Thu Feb 02, 2012 03:52 PM
This was the only board I thought applicable to ask this question.
I regularly chart BBT on fertilityfriend (best website i have found for this, so easy to use, and much better than paper charts!)
So. I sometimes get up at different times in the morning. Currently I just record my temperature and the time of day it was taken. I have done this charting long enough (2.5 years) now to know what my temperature "should" be at my default time of 7 am.
Question: should I keep recording the temps I get and the times? or should I put down what my temperature "would be" at 7 am?
Thanks for any advice 1 Replies to Quesiton for those of you who chart BBT |

Log it as is, with a notation about the time. FF will put it in as an open circle so you know. Their "temperature corrector" is a guess at best and not always accurate. I didn't find much of a change in temp with the time, as long as I got enough sleep and took it right at waking. I work rotating shifts, and was even able to see a temp shift even when on nights. If you think it is affecting your crosshairs, maybe then go in and put a "corrected" temperature, but I wouldn't bother otherwise. |
