Riverdance Parody??? What are they talking about??? en>fr fr>en

They say it is a parody of Riverdance. I see no resemblance to Riverdance at all. Maybe the guys wearing black pants and shirts, and that is it. I just don't get why they say it is a parody of Riverdance. They don't even use Irish music or even do any steps that resemble Irish dance - maybe the Rockettes, but not Riverdance. Oh come on. That was cute. When I was in high school, only the jocks were cool. No way would these guys have gotten applause. They aren't Irish dancers so it probably isn't going to look very Irish. I think it's cool that so many people are familiar with Riverdance. It has made our dance form popular worldwide. Props to them!

^ hahahaha exactly what I was thinking! Wow they can't even spell, I wonder how bad the actual performance will be?

I can kind of see the resemblance, but it's sort of a pet peeve when people associate Irish dancing with the Can-Can. Wrong nationality, people.
