I am looking into getting a custom gavin dress. I have had custom dresses before but they have always been local dressmakers. I have some questions.

How much input can I have?
I need it for NANS, should I tell them that I need it earlier?
Price is around 1400 GBP right?
Anything else I should know?

You can have as much or as little input you want. If you email they will give you a delivery date. Look on their Facebook page. As for price, it all depends on your age/size. U14 and up start at £1500 plus diamantes and delivery.

^I was worried that if I told them I needed the dress for NANs, I would receive it the night before I dance which I would not be because I plan on stoning it myself. Do you think If I tell them I need it mid-May or early June I would be more likely to receive it before I leave for Chicago. I just hear horror stories of people receiving the dress the day before they dance.

According to their Facebook page they will be at All Ireland's taking orders for Worlds. I'd tell them you need it for May and see what they say. Very exciting!!!
