DD wants electric blue for new dress. I am having trouble finding just the right color. Have been searching the internet but keep finding royal blue- we are looking for brighter than that. I see lots of runway fashions with the color we want but no fabrics for sale. Any ideas? or am I going to have to go into NYC on a spree? Thanks in advance.
