I have this brand new OTR soft skirt costume with measurements of: bust 37" natural waist 32" dropped waist 37" sleeve 24 1/2" centre front neck to hem 33 1/2". The costume is probably a little too long for you but the skirt could easily be shortened to fit. Comes with bloomers & headband. Asking in the region of £450 but willing to include insured worldwide shipping in the price |
