Urgent! need to get flexibility and stamina back! Please help!

My freestyle classes stopped running in december, but I still compete as a solo. I go to a class in essex (about 2 hours from me) once a month or whenever I can, but classes stopped over the summer and I only have until November to get reeeeally flexible for nationwides.
I used to be really really flexible, but now I seem to have stiffened up a bit, espescially in my back!
If anyone could give me some advice it would be really appreciated!
I would espescially like tips to be able to do a spin with leg hold by my face and any back bending moves, because it looks quite elegant with my shape.

Also, any tips to quickly improve stamina would be ace!

For stamina, cross train. Go running, go swimming, go cycling, do Zumba... anything, as long as you move.

For flexibility, there are tons and tons of stickies with all kinds of stretches. Read them and you're set.

Stretch every morning when you wake up, and every night before you go to bed. And some links:

Stretch when ever possible! Do splits watching tv, sit in a chair in a butterfly, anything! As long as you stretch until you feel it ALOT yoou will hopefully get your flexibility back!

For flexibility and strength you should find a good yoga class, if you have a hot yoga class near you that would be really good. For stamina running or just old fashioned aerobics class.
