Abikabibble?

Can someone please identify and break down this step for me? I know I have done it before as I recognize the term. I've also been reading Acia Gray's book, and she breaks it down in there, but when I'm doing it, it doesn't feel right. I also found it broken down at theatredance.com, but the break down in that dictionary sounds like a totally different step from Acia's description. Oh, the joys of the nonstandard language of tap.

Abe Kabbible is also called a scissors.

Basic: Leap right—left crosses in front of right—leap right—left heel dig

Alternating form: Right heel dig—right spank crosses behind left foot—left leap to right crosses in front of right foot—right steps right—left heel dig. Note: Your body is unweighted when the spank crosses behind and other foot leaps and crosses in front. If I’m moving fast, I usually do the spank that crosses to the back as a pullback.
