Ceilidh_Dance's Bio

I am a Fellow of the BATD (Highland, National) Member of the BATD (Scottish Country) Fellow of the SDTA and a Member of the SOBHD Adjudicators' Panel.

I have danced since the age of 4. I competed for 28 years winning championships in Canada, the US and in Scotland. Growing up in Scotland 10 months of the year and Canada in the summer offered me the best of both world. I retired from competition to move to the full championship panel and started a new direction in my dancing career. I am now in my 21st year of teaching. I have two children, my oldest son is in premier and is taking hi BATD associates this year. My daugter is in Premier also and loves competition. We are all pipers in a pipe band too. It's a great stress break.

Aside from dance, I am a full time massage therapist specializing in sports injury.
