Gaudium's Bio

I have been dancing for some time, falling in love with the Ballet after observing a friend dance after school. I started to dance with a partner later and took Pointe for the first time at the age of 14. Now I leave pointe too my partner.

Ballet is a product and no matter how you look at Ballet it is the sexiest product I can think of. It's certainly sexier than most other endeavors, what art form is more sensuous and so purely artistic? I have found that Ballet is a time-honored expression of passion that appropriately addresses the needs and sensibilities of all ages.

Ballet is self expression within certain guide lines, When I am dancing nothing else matters! I only see the dance and hear the music. I dance and play a role because it feels good, and I wish to share that feeling? Ballet is a language and we must learn to speak clearly with the audience sharing our souls.

Note......I retired from professional Ballet Aug 25, 2011 Due to injuries and old age (31 years old LOL) I will be dancing in the United States from time to time but will not be a fixed member of a company.

............It was a great run and I enjoyed every minute, I hope everyone can enjoy life as much as I have. Good Luck & Keep dancing.
