Hi Im Jenny scotts mum, I used to be a highland dancer in the late 70s, I notice there are a few changes from then to now like the tartans have changed fashion and we danced with out buns in our hair well some of us did anyway. The competitions seem to be much of the same, I found when I went to one with jenny I noticed I sat in the same place. somethings dont change.
I enjoy reading the posts on DDN and have learnt so much from the people here. And made many new friends.
My hobbies are my motorbike, but reciently its been going to comps with jenny.
Jenny is in novice, she has been dancing for 2 years in october, Has competed in as many comps as she can get to, or we will take her too. she also has made new friends on ddn , one particular is ruth, pashion4dance we went up to invergarry so as they both can dance together. and what made it special they both one an overall. ruth won the national and jenny won the highland..

Jenny is 11yrs and wears the dress red menzies.
I am abit older and wear what I can fit into.

Jennys favorate dance is sean truibhas,
competition, all of them.
favorate food is ice cream.
Apart from dancing jenny likes writing stories, playing games on the computer, favorate game is bin weavels.

I would like to add how jenny got on in her first year of competing.
As im very proud of how she has got on as she was only dancing for a year before she started her competitions and she worked hard going to 2 classes a week and practicing.

Haha, and my little brother is in one of your daughters pictures! Yes I am going to alden biesen. Are you coming? I love that competition. But I am not sure yet if I will be a dancer or a tenor drummer.

Okay, that was easy, I love new friends. Victoria just turned 13 on Valentine's Day so they are not too far off age wise and at the same level too. I love your profile, I'll have to do one someday too!
