Dance To Live. Live To Dance. I Dance Therefore I Am.

I'm Lana, I'm 20 & technically still a competitor, though I'm taking a few months break from the freestyle circuit to go do some travelling!!

I dance as part of Shuffles Dance Studio in Farnborough, competing in Adult Champs and as part of Team Catchphrase.
I love my school, my teachers and my fellow dancers, would love to become a teacher when I leave competing.
I'd also love to get into designing and making costumes in the future.

I believe that dance is about saying something, it's a part of who you are and that you should always enjoy it, never let anybody bring you down about it.
